JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
If you are interested in exploring the idea of joining our community, follow these steps.
1. Read Is Greensward Hamlet Right for You?
2. Read the content of the website to learn the history, vision, and intentions of Greensward Hamlet. Email or call for any information that might help you in considering Greensward Hamlet as your future home.
3. Come to an information session. Call 207-227-3678 for the location of the next gathering.
If you live too far to attend, you can join us on speaker phone.
4. Arrange to visit the community site and see the architectural plans.
Prepare questions to ask during your visit.
5. Fill out the Tell us about Yourself questionnaire and send it to
Francoise Paradis or fax it to 207-282-6731.
6. Choose which level of membership you are ready to commit to.
7. Sign a non-binding Reservation Agreement and a Participation Agreement.
8. Become an Equity Member.
9. Become involved in planning and manifesting the community by attending monthly meetings and taking on some tasks to help move us forward.

If you are not ready to buy a home right now, join as an Associate Member. As an Associate Member you can participate in the community design, building process, and community events.
